This immersive experience with Silent Disco Headphones is designed to help you anchor your 2026 intentions in the body, not just the mind. Through conscious, connected breathwork, you’ll release what’s holding you back, regulate your nervous system, and open yourself to receive what you are truly calling in for the year ahead.
We’ll begin with somatic breathwork to clear stress, dissolve mental clutter, and create a felt sense of safety and expansion in the nervous system. From there, we’ll move into a guided journaling session to clarify, embody, and anchor your 2026 vision with intention and presence.
This journey is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to breathwork or ready to deepen your manifestation practice. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, energized, and deeply aligned with the path ahead.

Hi, I’m Shannon Rollins-Rodriguez, a Trauma-Certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and founder of A Way Forward: Mind-Body Healing & Hypnosis.
My work blends subconscious transformation, breathwork, and somatic healing to create safe and powerful spaces for deep inner shifts. With years of experience guiding individuals and groups through transformational practices, I’ve seen firsthand how breathwork can break through barriers, release old stories, and reconnect people to their power.

No prior experience is needed! This journey is designed to be accessible for beginners while still offering depth for experienced practitioners. Shannon will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. We recommend bringing a water bottle, journal, and an open heart.

While breathwork is generally safe, it's not recommended for those who are pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or certain mental health conditions. Reach out to Shannon in advance as she will have a tailored breath pattern that best fits your needs.

Experiences vary from person to person. You may feel tingling sensations, emotional release (tears or laughter), visualizations, deep relaxation, or profound insights. Whatever arises is honored and held in a safe container. There's no 'right' way to experience breathwork.
