Shannon Rollins is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, and HeartMath® Coach dedicated to helping people find peace, clarity, and a path forward.
With a heart-centered and trauma-informed approach, Shannon creates safe, nurturing spaces for deep transformation. She blends science with spirit, using evidence-based techniques alongside intuitive healing practices.
Through A Way Forward Hypnotherapy & Breathwork, Shannon supports clients navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, and the journey back to themselves both in-person in Central Florida and virtually worldwide.

Somatic breathwork is a powerful healing modality that uses conscious, connected breathing patterns to access the body's innate wisdom. It helps release stored emotions, trauma, and tension held in the body, creating space for deep transformation and healing.

No prior experience is needed! This journey is designed to be accessible for beginners while still offering depth for experienced practitioners. Shannon will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. We recommend bringing a water bottle, journal, and an open heart.

While breathwork is generally safe, it's not recommended for those who are pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or certain mental health conditions. Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have concerns, and reach out to Shannon with any questions.

Experiences vary from person to person. You may feel tingling sensations, emotional release (tears or laughter), visualizations, deep relaxation, or profound insights. Whatever arises is honored and held in a safe container. There's no 'right' way to experience breathwork.

Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours can be transferred to a future breathwork journey. Please reach out directly if you have any concerns—we understand life happens.
