And yet… most of us try to reset from the neck up. New planner. New goals. More pressure.

But real change doesn't start in the mind. It starts in a body that feels safe enough to slow down.

Because you can't recalibrate from inside the rush. You can't hear yourself over the noise.

This breathwork journey is your invitation to reset from the inside out. To clear what the summer stirred up. To come home to a steadier, quieter, more grounded version of you.

Not by doing more… but by finally letting your system settle.

About Me

Hi, I’m Shannon Rodriguez (Rollins), a Trauma-Certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and founder of A Way Forward: Mind-Body Healing & Hypnosis.

My work blends subconscious transformation, breathwork, and somatic healing to create safe and powerful spaces for deep inner shifts. With years of experience guiding individuals and groups through transformational practices, I’ve seen firsthand how breathwork can break through barriers, release old stories, and reconnect people to their power.

I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself, it’s about remembering who you already are: whole, worthy, and powerful. It’s my honor to guide you back to that truth.
