Spring invites you to sit outside under the trees on a real piece of Florida family land, and let a guided hypnosis journey take your nervous system somewhere it probably hasn't been in a while.

The experience is guided by Clinical Hypnotherapist, Shannon Rodriguez, and is built with binaural beats , sound frequencies that work directly with your brain to deepen relaxation and open you up to trance faster and more fully than silence alone. You won't be fighting to focus. Your body will just... go there.

After the journey, while you're still in that soft open state, we move straight into hypnotic journaling. Six prompts. A pen. Whatever just came up in trance, you get to meet it on the page before the ordinary world pulls you back.

The whole morning is about 90 minutes. You'll leave with a journal full of writing that actually came from somewhere real.
