We start by getting clear on what you want from our work together, then look at where your energy drains away. You will learn the HeartMath® view of resilience as a battery you can recharge, and begin spotting the moments that deplete you.

Breathing & Focus Techniques

You will learn a toolkit of techniques, not just one. We begin with Heart-Focused Breathing to settle the nervous system, then build into practices like Attitude Breathing, Freeze-Frame, and the Heart Lock-In meditation, each one a different way to meet stress, shift your state, and reset.

Real-Time Biofeedback

For those who want to see their progress on screen, training with the Inner Balance Coherence Plus sensor lets you watch your heart rhythms move into coherence in real time. Included in the Transformation Package, or available to add on.
