Overview Of Event:
A silent-disco breathwork and hypnosis journey with live music + hypnosis to reset your nervous system and reconnect you to you.
Put on the headphones, drop into your body, and let the music carry you. This immersive experience blends somatic breathwork, guided hypnosis, and live lo-fi instrumentation inside silent disco headphones, designed to calm the nervous system, release stored emotion, and reconnect you to clarity, presence, and inner trust.
The Experience:
Welcome to an experience that feels like a ceremony… and a soundtrack for your healing.
This Breathwork Journey is a fully immersive, guided experience using silent disco headphones, live music, and hypnosis to help you shift out of your mind and back into your body.
This is our first time offering this exact format (breathwork + hypnosis + live music through headphones), and we are co-creating it together. After the journey, we’ll invite a few quick reflections and feedback so we can keep refining and deepening the experience.
You’ll be guided through a somatic breathwork journey by Shannon designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with your inner self.
Throughout the experience, live musician Matt Duarte will create a warm, cinematic soundscape in real time, so the journey feels deeply personal, intimate, and expansive.
As your body opens and your mind softens, we’ll move into a hypnotic layer of the journey: guided hypnosis to help the subconscious integrate what you’re releasing and reinforce what you’re ready to become, calmer, clearer, more grounded, more you.
Why Breathwork?
Because talking about it doesn’t always change it.
Breathwork works at the level where these patterns were formed:
✓ the nervous system
✓ the subconscious
✓ the emotional body
✓ the stress response
✓ the identity layer
Through the breath, the body learns:
✓ it’s safe to soften
✓ it’s safe to feel
✓ it’s safe to let go
✓ it’s safe to expand
✓ it’s safe to receive
✓ it’s safe to become
This is where change becomes felt, not forced.
