But your body wasn't built to stay braced forever. It was built to move, to soften, to take up space… to feel free.
And sometimes freedom isn't something you go out and find. It's something you let your body remember.
This breathwork journey is your invitation back into that space. The version of you that isn't performing, isn't managing, isn't shrinking. Just here. Open. Free.

About Me
Hi, I’m Shannon Rodriguez (Rollins), a Trauma-Certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and founder of A Way Forward: Mind-Body Healing & Hypnosis.
My work blends subconscious transformation, breathwork, and somatic healing to create safe and powerful spaces for deep inner shifts. With years of experience guiding individuals and groups through transformational practices, I’ve seen firsthand how breathwork can break through barriers, release old stories, and reconnect people to their power.
I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself, it’s about remembering who you already are: whole, worthy, and powerful. It’s my honor to guide you back to that truth.
