This morning breathwork and hypnosis journey is an invitation to come home to your heart, soften what has been guarded, release what has been heavy, and reconnect with the wisdom living inside you. Using powerful somatic breath techniques, guided hypnosis reprogramming, and silent disco headphones under the morning sky, you’ll experience a deep and nourishing reset for your nervous system and emotional body.

This is a guided journey using trauma-informed somatic breathwork, hypnosis, nervous system education, and a heart-opening soundtrack delivered through silent disco headphones. The outdoor setting at The Family Farm creates a grounded and natural container that supports emotional release, integration, and embodiment.
Here is the general outline of our morning together:
• Welcome and check-in
• Opening circle for intention setting
• Somatic and nervous system warm-up
• Guided breathwork journey through silent disco headphones followed up hypnotic suggestions to reprogram the subconscious mind for confidence and self-love
• Integration and grounding time
• Smoothies served by Veg’n Out
• Optional community connection and gentle wrap-up
Total experience is approximately 90 minutes.

Hi, I’m Shannon Rollins-Rodriguez, a Trauma-Certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and founder of A Way Forward: Mind-Body Healing & Hypnosis.
My work blends subconscious transformation, breathwork, and somatic healing to create safe and powerful spaces for deep inner shifts. With years of experience guiding individuals and groups through transformational practices, I’ve seen firsthand how breathwork can break through barriers, release old stories, and reconnect people to their power.
