Overview Of Event:

But survival behaviors aren’t meant to lead your life forever.
And every so often, the body presents an invitation:
to soften, to update, to release, to come back into alignment with who you’re becoming.
This breathwork journey is that invitation.

This session is designed to gently unravel the old emotional stories that are no longer true, such as:

Hi, I’m Shannon Rollins-Rodriguez, a Trauma-Certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and founder of A Way Forward: Mind-Body Healing & Hypnosis.
My work blends subconscious transformation, breathwork, and somatic healing to create safe and powerful spaces for deep inner shifts. With years of experience guiding individuals and groups through transformational practices, I’ve seen firsthand how breathwork can break through barriers, release old stories, and reconnect people to their power.
