A quieter kind of care, close to home

Kissimmee is a busy, growing community, and many of the people we see from the area are juggling a lot at once: demanding jobs, long commutes, families to care for and very little time left over for themselves. Underneath, there is often a body that rarely gets to rest, a worry that will not switch off, or a loss that never had the space to be felt.

That is often where hypnotherapy helps. Many of the patterns that keep us anxious or stuck live beneath conscious thought, in the subconscious mind and the nervous system. In hypnosis, your body settles into deep relaxation while your mind stays aware and focused, which makes it easier to notice where a pattern began and to practice a calmer way of responding. You stay in control the whole time.

You can work with either of our Clinical Hypnotherapists, in person in Orlando or online. Both use the same structured, nervous-system-informed approach, and both offer a free consultation first so you can start with a conversation.

Shannon Rollins-Rodriguez, Clinical Hypnotherapist and QHHT® Level 2 Practitioner in Orlando, FL

Shannon Rollins-Rodriguez

Shannon is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Coach. She specializes in helping women and men with relationship issues, heartbreak, dating, loss, and major life transitions, helping clients feel safe in their bodies again when life or love has knocked them off center.

Shannon blends hypnotherapy, breathwork, and nervous system work so clients don't just understand their patterns, they feel the shift. Her sessions draw on parts work, IEMT, NLP, and hypnotic belief work, and as a QHHT® Level 2 Past Life Regression Practitioner, she also guides clients through past life sessions. She especially loves guiding women through her group program, Wired for Secure Love, where they rewire old attachment patterns and learn to attract love from a regulated, secure place. Shannon is the founder of A Way Forward.

Jennifer Adams

Jennifer is a Clinical Hypnotherapist who specializes in regression and root-cause work, helping clients understand what may be happening beneath the surface. With a background in sales, entrepreneurship and real estate, Jennifer understands performance pressure firsthand. She offers a grounded, supportive space where clients can shift old patterns and give the subconscious mind a way forward.

What your first session looks like

It starts with a free 15-minute consultation by phone, where you can share what is going on and ask anything. Your first session is two hours. We begin with a calm conversation about your history and what you would like to change, then guide you into hypnosis and begin the work itself, and close with time to talk through what shifted and simple tools to use at home.

A first session is $300, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 60 minutes or $225 for 90 minutes. You can see every option on our pricing page, or read what hypnotherapy costs in Orlando.

Kissimmee hypnotherapy questions

Is there a hypnotherapist near Kissimmee?

Yes. Our office at 5850 T G Lee Blvd in Orlando is roughly 25 to 30 minutes from most of Kissimmee, and our Clinical Hypnotherapists, Shannon Rollins-Rodriguez and Jennifer Adams, see clients there by appointment Monday through Saturday. Online sessions are available too.

Do you offer evening appointments?

Yes. We see clients until 7 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and until 8 pm on Wednesdays, so it is easier to come after work. Saturday appointments are also available.

Is online hypnotherapy as effective as coming in?

Online sessions follow the same approach as in-person sessions, and early research suggests comparable results for many concerns. Some people simply prefer one or the other, and your free consultation is a good time to decide which feels right.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you are working on and how long the pattern has been with you. Some people notice a meaningful shift in one or two sessions, while longer-standing patterns usually benefit from a short series. We will talk this through openly after your first session.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

We do not bill insurance, but many clients pay with an HSA or FSA card, and we accept major credit cards. Check with your plan administrator about what it covers.

Is hypnotherapy a replacement for therapy or medical care?

No. Hypnotherapy complements care from licensed medical and mental health providers. For any diagnosable medical condition, we work only with supervision or referral from the appropriate licensed practitioner. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
